Online Divorce Requirements

To qualify for our online divorce process it is important that:

1. Both spouses are in agreement on the terms of the divorce
2. You know where your spouse is and how they can be contacted
3. You have agreed on how much financial support you will need (if there is children dependent on you from this marriage)
4. Your spouse lives somewhere in South Africa
