Online Divorce Requirements
To qualify for our online divorce process it is important that:
- Both spouses are in agreement on the terms of the divorce
- You know where your spouse is and how they can be contacted
- You have agreed on how much maintenance support you will need (if there is children dependent on you from this marriage)
- Your spouse lives somewhere in South Africa.
- If your spouse does not live in South Africa we are still able to conclude your divorce in 6 weeks, but then you have to contact our international divorce specialists by clicking here.
